RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Online orders are refundable 7 days from their pick-up date/arrival date.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

RETURNING ONLINE 

We provide full returns on regular price, unworn, and unwashed with tags attached. 

We do not cover return shipping costs.

CUSTOM AND BESPOKE ITEMS:

Due to the highly customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. 

Exchanges can be made if the sizing is incorrect or if there is a defect in the item.

 

RETURNING IN STORE

Bring your invoice for a smooth return.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 7 DAYS?

If you miss the 7-day return window we will provide you with a store credit.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you’ve made a purchase at full price and within 7 days we lower it? You qualify for a price adjustment!
